Job description
Desert Parkway Behavioral Healthcare Hospital seeks a Director of Quality and Compliance to lead quality improvement and regulatory compliance efforts. You will ensure the facility adheres to federal, state, and local laws, proactively reducing losses and liability while delivering safe, high-quality patient care.
You will oversee audits, track evolving healthcare regulations, and run programs to measure and improve care quality, safety, and risk management.
