Job description
West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance to lead Operating Unit quality governance across three sites, drive cross-site improvements, and partner with customers to ensure transparent, data-driven quality performance. This role requires executive presence, matrix-organization experience, and strong regulatory knowledge.
The position is hybrid, onsite at least three days per week, and reports to the Senior Director of Quality.
