Job description
Canvas Property Group seeks a Controller to lead property accounting and financial reporting across a growing multifamily portfolio in New York City.
You will oversee the full close process and manage a distributed team of 8–10 property accountants (remote/offshore). The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of scaling systems and processes in a fast-growing environment.
