Job description
CoStar Group is seeking a Director of Business Development for Zonda to drive new builder listings and digital solutions across the assigned territory. You will build relationships with homebuilders, developers, and marketing teams to expand our innovative real estate offerings.
The role requires 2–5+ years in related listings and outside sales, SaaS experience, and a proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
