Job description
The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) seeks a strategic Director of Real Estate & TOD to lead acquisitions, appraisals, leasing, and TOD initiatives, aligning property decisions with capital programs and mobility goals.
Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you will guide policy, governance, and portfolio management while coordinating with legal, finance, and planning teams to advance public-interest developments for a stronger regional transit system.
