Sans Souci Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Director of Recreation to lead an engaging activity program for residents, integrating physical, social, educational and spiritual activities in compliance with federal and state guidelines.
The role requires prior Recreation Director experience in long-term care, strong leadership, and the ability to build and supervise a diverse team while coordinating with medical and caregiving staff to tailor individualized activity plans.
