With regional sales offices across the country, a long-standing commitment to agent support, and more than one million clients served, TAG continues to grow by helping agents deliver trusted guidance, valuable products and meaningful service to the families and communities they serve. **Job Summary**A Director of Recruiting is responsible for recruiting new agent producers and field managers for The Assurance Group (TAG). **Primary Responsibilities:*** Assist potential producing agents and field sales managers in understanding the opportunity for growth and success available to them if they affiliate with TAG.* Understand and become an expert on how TAG operates and be able to navigate within TAG’s systems to support new agents.* The ability to be available to, and communicate with, all agents to ensure smooth and efficient on-boarding.* Perform other duties as assigned. **Primary Skills & Requirements:*** Interpersonal Skills - Conveys a friendly, positive attitude while always maintaining professionalism. Maintains confidentiality.* Communication – Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions.* Organizational Support - Follows policies and procedures; Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; Supports organization's goals and values.* Judgment - Exhibits sound and accurate judgment; includes appropriate people in decision-making process.* Planning/Organizing - Uses time efficiently and completes work promptly.* Adaptability - Able to deal with frequent change, delays, deadlines, or unexpected events.**Qualifications**· High school diploma or undergraduate degree.
