Talented Medical Solutions seeks a PERM DIRECTOR OF REHAB - DOR for Lafayette Center, a 72-bed nursing home in Franconia, NH. This in-office role leads rehab services for adult to geriatric residents and coordinates with the care team to maintain high-quality outcomes.
The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with a five-day schedule and weekend rotation. Start date is 08/17/26. Salary ranges from $79,000 to $112,000 annually, with benefits and long-term care experience preferred.
