Job description
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.
Minimum Requirements
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
Experience working in outpatient therapy settings preferred.
Prior leadership experience required, such as Director, Center Therapy Director, or Managerial role overseeing clinical staff and operations.
Experience recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training therapy staff.
Experience developing therapy programs, evaluating patient care, and coordinating rehabilitation services across a center.
Active state PT license required to start.
Ability to work days. Schedule: Monday through Friday.
