Job description
Rehab Director Opportunity
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services in an outpatient clinic setting.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy. Bachelor's or associate degree acceptable where applicable.
Active state license required to start.
Proven leadership experience in an outpatient rehabilitation environment, including staff recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Experience developing and implementing clinical programs and therapy strategies across disciplines.
Demonstrated competence in evaluating patient care, clinical documentation standards, and quality improvement processes.
Familiarity with scheduling and operational coordination for outpatient therapy services. Flexible scheduling required.
Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, orient, and train therapy staff and support personnel.
Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to PT, OT, and SLP staff.
Develop evidence-based therapy programs tailored to outpatient populations.
Oversee clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, and billing communication with administrative teams.
Monitor quality metrics, patient outcomes, and implement improvement initiatives.
Coordinate patient scheduling and optimize clinic workflows to enhance access and efficiency.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners to ensure continuity of care.
