Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a Director of Rehab to lead therapy services in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. This role oversees PT, OT, and SLP teams, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care for geriatric and sub-acute residents. Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, caseload management, documentation compliance, and collaboration with facility leadership and IDT.
