Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a Director of Rehab to lead therapy services in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. This role oversees OT, PT, and SLP teams, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care for geriatric and sub-acute residents. Responsibilities include staff supervision, caseload management, regulatory compliance, and direct OT treatment as needed. You will collaborate closely with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams, support professional development, and drive clinical excellence within a collaborative, compassionate culture focused on improving residents’ quality of life.
