Job description
Symbria's Cross Keys Village in New Oxford, PA seeks a Director of Rehab (Program Manager) to supervise rehab staff and activities within a community setting. The role requires leading the interdisciplinary team, partnering with clients and families, and maintaining expected productivity standards.
The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited therapy program (PTA, COTA or OTR) with a PA license and at least 1 year of DOR or Assistant DOR experience in a Continuing Care Retirement
