Job description
Evolve Therapy Services seeks a Director of Rehabilitation (PT or PTA preferred) to lead the in-house therapy program at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Rochester, MN. You will oversee all aspects of therapy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining productivity standards.
