Job description
Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Princeton, NJ. This role leads the therapy program, upholding company standards and regulatory requirements while guiding staff and coordinating with the facility team.
The successful candidate will have a PT/OT/SLP degree with an active license, experience in PDPM/MDS management, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive high-quality patient care.
