Job description
Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Temple, OK. You will oversee all therapy operations, lead a multidisciplinary team, and ensure high-quality patient care in line with company policies.
Must hold a degree in PT/OT/SLP and active licensure in Oklahoma. PDPM/MDS experience is preferred; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
