Job description
Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead in-house therapy programs at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Cozad, NE. The role reports to the Regional Director of Operations and governs all therapy operations for the facility.
You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, ensure adherence to regulations, and drive quality care, staffing, and documentation across PT, PTA, OT, OTA, or SLP services.
