Evolve Therapy Services is hiring a Director of Rehabilitation (PT, PTA, OT, OTA, SLP) for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Franklin, MN and Olivia, MN.
The role oversees the therapy program, ensures regulatory compliance, mentors staff, and coordinates with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality therapy services. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered and a salary range of $75,000–$110,000 with full benefits.
