Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation in Illinois is seeking a Director of Rehab to lead rehabilitation services across one or more SNF locations. You will oversee clinical operations, align care delivery with evidence-based standards, and drive patient outcomes through effective team leadership.
You will hire and develop staff, coordinate with regional management, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver excellent customer service to patients and families.
