Job description
Kendal at Lexington in Lexington, VA is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy team. You will oversee therapy operations, collaborate with RM, RVP, and the Operations Team, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care for our residents.
The ideal candidate has an accredited degree in PT/OT/SLP, state licensure, leadership experience in a skilled nursing setting, strong documentation and communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
