Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Director of Rehab to oversee rehabilitation services at one or more locations within our SNF settings. You will lead a team of therapists and assistants, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance across assigned sites.
As Director of Rehab, you will coordinate with management and regional leaders, hire and develop staff, and implement programs to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction for our clients and families.
