Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation is now hiring a Director of Rehab to oversee rehabilitation services at one or more service locations. You will lead clinical operations in SNF settings and drive high-quality patient care across the team.
The role includes directing therapists and assistants, ensuring evidence-based standards, coordinating care plans, mentoring staff, and maintaining strong communication with location leadership and families.
