Job description
Taborhr is seeking a committed, patient-focused Director of Rehab (DOR) for full-time employment. Must be a licensed PT, OT, SLP, PTA or COTA with skilled nursing experience for 2+ years.
You will lead and supervise the rehab department, align clinical goals with organizational objectives, and drive patient-centered care across disciplines. Deliberate collaboration with nursing and therapy staff, ensuring compliant documentation and billing, is essential.
