Job description
Powerback Rehabilitation, LLC seeks a Director of Rehab (DOR) to lead the rehabilitation team at a Beverly Hills area SNF. The DOR will supervise therapy services, manage staffing, and drive quality outcomes for orthopedic and neuro patients with a strong focus on efficient, profitable operations.
The role requires licensure as PT/OT or SLP-CCC (or eligibility), a bachelor’s degree preferred, and Medicare/billing expertise.
