Job description
Luxor Healthcare in Eureka, MO is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy team across Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services in a SNF setting.
You will manage daily operations, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance (Medicare/Medicaid/PDPM), monitor outcomes and productivity, and collaborate to develop resident care plans while maintaining documentation and survey readiness.
