Job description
South Pacific Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Director of Rehab - FT - Occupational Therapist to lead our SNF and Long-Term Care rehab program in California. You will supervise the rehab team across disciplines, ensure programs run effectively, and collaborate with regional leadership.
The role requires licensure as PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP, prior leadership in rehab, strong organizational and communication skills, and knowledge of regulatory standards.
