Job description
Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a Director of Rehab OT to oversee and coordinate rehabilitation services across assigned sites. The role requires ACOTE-accredited OT education, NBCOT registration, and an active OT license, with at least three years direct patient care and one year in leadership.
You will supervise therapy staff, ensure ethical, high-quality care, manage budgets, and promote Powerback programs across facilities and home care settings.
