Job description
NuRoc Health and Rehab is seeking a strong leader to direct and manage the Rehabilitation Services as the Director of Rehab (DOR). You will ensure department efficiency, oversee staff competency, and coordinate resident care to maintain high clinical standards.
This senior role requires a licensed OT/PT/SLP with 3+ years of clinical experience and at least 1 year of supervision. You will partner with physicians to review treatments, assess residents, and drive quality improvement across therapy
