Job description
Total Care Therapy, a therapist-owned rehabilitation company, seeks a Director of Rehabilitation (Physical Therapist) to lead clinical operations in assisted living and independent living communities in Northeast Ohio. You will evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans to improve mobility, independence, and comfort for older adults.
The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, with opportunities for growth as we expand across Ohio.
