Job description
Broad River Rehab in Blackwell, OK is seeking a Director of Rehab (PTA or COTA) to oversee therapy services for a skilled nursing facility. This full-time role combines clinical leadership with operational oversight, guiding PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP teams to deliver high-quality resident care.
Prior management preferred but not required; licensure as PTA or COTA is required. Competitive salary range $72,000–$79,000 with quarterly bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.
