Join the St Johnsbury Center for Living and Rehabilitation, part of Allaire Health Services, a renowned provider of residential, long-term, rehabilitation, and subacute care. We're revolutionizing care delivery at our state-of-the-art facilities in New Jersey, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Vermont.
As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Rehab PTA will oversee the Physical Therapy department, driving excellence in patient care and outcomes. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the rehabilitation journey for our patients and residents, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and personalized attention.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Physical Therapy department, aligning with the organization's mission and goals
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Foster a collaborative environment among interdisciplinary teams, promoting open communication and patient-centered care
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to continuously improve patient outcomes and department performance
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation
Mentor and supervise Physical Therapy staff, providing guidance and support to enhance clinical skills and expertise
