Job description
Allegria Village in Dearborn, MI, seeks an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our in-house therapy team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
The Director will oversee Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy operations, drive clinical outcomes, ensure resident-centered care, and collaborate with nursing, medical staff, families, and referral partners to maintain high-quality rehabilitation services.
