Job description
We are seeking a Director of Rehab (DOR) for a direct-hire opportunity at a supportive Skilled Nursing Facility in Morgan Hill, CA. This position is open to a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Leadership experience is preferred, but the facility is willing to consider the right clinician who is ready to step into a management role.

Position Qualifications
Current CA PT, OT or COTA Licensure
DOR experience is preferred but will consider the right candidate.
Current BLS/CPR certification will be needed prior to start.
