Job description
Relient Health in Birmingham, AL seeks an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead a Skilled Nursing Facility, driving clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
This full-time, direct-hire leadership role requires active AL licensure in PT, OT, SLP, or related therapy, plus SNF DOR experience. You will mentor therapy teams, ensure regulatory compliance, manage schedules, and collaborate across disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
