Job description
Relient Health is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead a Skilled Nursing Facility in Navasota, TX. This is a full-time, direct-hire leadership role for a therapy professional with proven SNF rehabilitation operations experience.
As DOR you will oversee PT, OT, and SLP services, mentor therapy teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with nursing and administration to drive patient outcomes and operational excellence.
