Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a Director of Rehab to oversee rehabilitation services in one or more of our SNF locations. You will lead a team of therapists and assistants and ensure evidence-based care delivery and regulatory compliance.
In this role you will manage operations at assigned locations, hire and develop staff, collaborate with regional leadership, and deliver high-quality patient outcomes through effective care planning and service excellence.
