Job description
Relient Health is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead a Skilled Nursing Facility in Bessemer, Alabama. This full‑time, direct‑hire leadership role requires proven tenure in SNF rehab operations and guiding PT, OT, and SLP teams.
The DOR will ensure clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, scheduling, mentoring, and collaboration with nursing and administration. Licensed therapy professional with SNF DOR experience is required.
