Job description
Relient Health is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead a Skilled Nursing Facility in Georgetown, SC. This full-time, direct-hire leadership role requires proven experience managing rehabilitation operations in an SNF and overseeing PT, OT, and SLP services.
The ideal candidate holds an active SC PT or PTA license, has at least one year as DOR in SNF, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and regulatory knowledge.
