Job description
Relient Health is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead a Skilled Nursing Facility in Saint Louis, MO. This full-time, direct-hire role requires proven leadership in rehabilitation operations and a strong interdisciplinary approach to patient outcomes.
You will mentor PT, OT, and SLP teams, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee scheduling and productivity, and collaborate with nursing and administration to meet facility goals.
