Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation in Illinois is hiring a Director of Rehab to oversee rehabilitation services across one or more locations. You will lead a team of therapists and assistants, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care in SNF settings and efficient operations.
You will collaborate with regional leaders, hire and develop staff, drive quality improvement, and deliver reports and programs tailored to the patient population and client families.
