Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a Director of Rehab to oversee rehabilitation services at one or more locations. The role drives clinical excellence and operational efficiency to deliver high-quality care to patients in SNF settings.
You will manage a team of therapists and assistants, collaborate with regional managers, ensure compliance with evidence-based care standards, and guide hiring, orientation and development of staff and contract labor.
