Job description
Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities in Richland Hills, TX.
This role collaborates with therapists and reports to the Regional Director of Rehabilitation Services to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality services that meet residents' needs and physicians' expectations.
