Job description
Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Director of Rehab to lead and oversee rehabilitation services across facilities. The role requires a licensed PT/OT/PTA with a strong leadership mindset to coordinate program development and referrals in line with department procedures.
You will help develop objectives, analyze effectiveness, and maintain strong relationships between Continuum staff and facility administration.
