Job description
Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (Therapy) to lead our rehab program and oversee clinical planning, development, marketing, and operations within a 146-bed facility.
The role requires licensure as OT/PT/SLP, with 2–4 years of clinical experience and 1–2 years in supervision. You will manage staff, ensure high-quality care, and drive program growth and compliance.
