Job description
Continuum Therapy Partners in Sheboygan, WI, is seeking a Director of Rehab to lead and optimize patient rehabilitation services across our facility network. You will oversee PT, PTA, OT, COTA and SLP programs, ensuring high quality, compliant care and effective coordination with facility leadership.
The role is full-time, daytime, requires graduation from an accredited therapy program and current state licensure.
