Job Title: Director of Rehab

We are committed to providing exceptional rehabilitation services that empower our patients to recover, heal, and thrive. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Rehab to lead our rehabilitation team and drive excellence in patient care.
About the Role:
As the Director of Rehab, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, managing a team of rehabilitation professionals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our medical staff, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs that align with patient needs and goals
Supervise and mentor rehabilitation staff, providing guidance on treatment plans and patient care
Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of departmental goals and objectives
Requirements:
Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New Jersey
Excellent leadership and communication skills
