Compensation: $120,000- $125,000 annually
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist orOccupational Therapist for a permanent Director of Rehabilitation opportunityin Atascadero, CA. This leadership role combines clinical expertise with teamdevelopment, operational oversight, and a strong commitment to quality patientcare.
Responsibilities
· Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity,documentation, and quality outcomes.
· Mentor and support therapy clinicians andassistants.
· Collaborate with facility leadership and theinterdisciplinary care team.
· Support recruitment, onboarding, staffdevelopment, and retention.
· Maintain compliance with applicable clinical andregulatory standards.
Qualifications
· Graduate of an accredited rehabilitation therapyprogram.
· Active applicable state professional license ingood standing.
· Previous SNF/post-acute rehabilitationexperience preferred.
· Rehabilitation leadership or management experiencestrongly preferred.
· Strong leadership, communication, organization,and team-building skills.
