About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for apermanent Director of Rehabilitation opportunity in Concord, CA. This leadershiprole combines clinical expertise with team development, operational oversight,and a strong commitment to quality patient care.
Responsibilities
Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity,documentation, and quality outcomes.
Mentor and support therapy clinicians andassistants.
Collaborate with facility leadership and theinterdisciplinary care team.
Support recruitment, onboarding, staffdevelopment, and retention.
Maintain compliance with applicable clinical andregulatory standards.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited rehabilitation therapyprogram.
Active applicable state professional license ingood standing.
Previous SNF/post-acute rehabilitationexperience preferred.
Rehabilitation leadership or managementexperience strongly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, organization,and team-building skills.
