Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) - Groton, CT
$80,000-$112,000 per year
We're looking for a licensed rehabilitation professional to oversee therapy services within a skilled nursing setting. This full-time role combines team leadership, department management, and a strong focus on resident outcomes.
Coordinate daily therapy operations and department workflow
Support staff performance, clinical quality, and compliance
Partner with facility teams to provide coordinated resident care
Coach and develop rehabilitation staff
Medical, dental, and vision insurance
401(k), PTO, and holiday pay
Continuing education and growth opportunities
Active PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP license required
Skilled nursing experience preferred
Leadership experience preferred
