Director of Rehabilitation (PT/OT) – Laurel, MD
$112,000–$118,000 per year
We're seeking a licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist to take charge of rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility. This full-time leadership position is ideal for a clinician who values teamwork, efficient department operations, and helping residents achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Lead and organize daily therapy department activities
Support clinical staff through mentorship and guidance
Oversee scheduling, documentation, and quality standards
Coordinate with nursing and facility administration to ensure effective care
